SHIPPING / HANDLING / INSURANCE of Original Artwork
Michelle Lentz charges for shipping, handling and insurance based on the size, weight and value of the painting and identifies these costs as the shipping charge on the shopping cart pages. Each painting is shipped directly by Boxbuster of La Jolla, CA. Generally, you can expect to receive your painting within about 14 business days of ordering it.

If you are not pleased with your original painting, and it is in the same condition in which you received it, you may return it within 14 days for a refund. You are responsible for shipping expenses – FedEx 3-day service, and full value insurance. If you would like to return a painting please call me at 858-205-9208 Monday – Friday 9am to 5pm PST, or send me an e-mail at firstname.lastname@example.org for directions on how to return the painting safely to me. Please note that you must comply with the following instructions to receive a refund:
1. The painting must be shipped back to me in the exact same condition in which you received it within 14 days of receipt.
2. The painting must be packaged in the same container in which it arrived to insure against damage, insured for its full retail value, and shipped to the artist via FedEx 3-day service.
3. You must pay for the return shipping and insurance for the painting.
If the package containing the painting appears to be damaged upon its arrival, PLEASE REFUSE THE DELIVERY UNOPENED. Contact me at 858-205-9208, Monday-Friday, 9 am to 5 PM, PST, or send me an e-mail here to advise me that the shipment arrived damaged. If, however, you open the package and find the painting damaged, please contact the shipping service who will advise you on your options. Do not discard the original packaging. Please note that, unless reported immediately upon receipt, damaged paintings will not be accepted for return.
